These shakers make for a great talking point and a cool eco gift. 
Created by UK designer Alex Turner they are made from standard British pool balls that have had a previous life on pool tables. The cue ball is for salt and the 8 ball is for pepper - why that we round we haven't a clue.
Nothing too hi-tech, but we promise they won't roll off the table - the balls have had a cylinder drilled out of them and the bases ground down so that they sit flatly. Quite a relief really.
