Nigels Eco Store and Natural Collection are 'Eco' retailers whose products we have been receommending for a long time. Their customer service is quite excellent. John Lewis, of course, provide excellent service. Amazon do sell the product for a little cheaper; but their customer service can be a little more patchy.
